A stitching  workshop introducing the patterns and techniques of Yemeni embroidery, traditionally used to embellish costumes. All levels welcomed and materials are included.

Join Nouria Nagi, OBE (founder of Yemen Noor Foundation for Education and Relief) as she will show participants an example of a beautiful traditional Yemeni embroidered dress to inspire their stitching.  Nouria is currently leading a project to revive this vanishing art form whilst empowering Yemeni women artisans.
