Rachel Trevor-Morgan has been designing hats for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She was milliner to Queen Elizabeth II and currently holds the Royal Warrant. Visit Rachel’s millinery showroom to see the collection and go behind the scenes of the atelier.

Guests can see first-hand the techniques involved in the making of a hat. From steaming and hand-shaping on wooden blocks to the tooling of silk petals, millinery is a craft which uses traditional methods that have remained unchanged for decades. Rachel’s skilled team demonstrate the steps involved and show how each element is made. Rachel also talks through the design process that goes into choosing and creating the perfect hat for a client.
