About

Ana Kazaroff is an Argentinian artist based in London. Her work uses sculpture, painting and installations to explore authenticity, hybridity and cultural mistranslations. She draws connections between everyday materials, such as processed meats and stone, and woodwork and faux surfaces are the core of her process as she approaches materials as a way to bring to light power structures. She holds an MA in Fine Art from City & Guilds of London Art School, where she also completed a fellowship in Decorative Surfaces and currently works as a Wood Workshop Technician. Her work was exhibited in Eastside Projects, Kupfer, OHSH, Liliya, Galería Grasa (Buenos Aires) and Neoramart (Paris). Her work was reviewed by The White Pube and featured in Vogue Mexico.
In 2023 Ana was awarded a Develop Your Creative Practice grant by Arts Council England and she started this new journey by taking part in artists’ residencies in Buenos Aires.
