About
Edward King is a Plymouth based ceramic artist working in stoneware clay, oxides and reactive glazes. His work looks at themes of destruction and the urban environment. Most recently this has manifested into a dialogue on mass-production, waste and the role of ceramics in the wider context.
Edward is a director of Ceramexe CIC, a non-profit ceramics Cooperative based in Exeter, Devon. Recent appearances include London Design Week at Chelsea Harbour, Devon Open Studios and The Great Pottery Throw Down 2024.
