Stefan Knopp does not simply create pieces of furniture – he elicits their secrets from the trees. He tracks down the individual stories of his woods and makes them visible using his own, patented processing methods, which create unique structures: by charring with fire or by washing out with water.
Guided by the desire to give form to beauty, Stefan Knopp has been experimenting with the possibilities of colour and material design for more than 20 years. The result is a constant stream of new, unique pieces that impress with their pure design with natural lines, cracks and edges.
All furniture is made by hand and the shape, colour and material are determined in consultation with the customer. In this way, unique pieces with an individual look are created every time.
