About
Kato-Inman is a maker currently based near Brighton. His Kumiko series was inspired by the Japanese traditional craft Kumiko-zaiku which is typically used in items such as screens. He wanted to explore a craft from my home country, utilising it in new ways whilst incorporating it into contemporary furniture.
